Many people think they can stay in virtual contact with their ex without suffering.  “I just check it out from time to time, it’s no big deal,” they tell themselves. But in reality, every interaction, every photo seen, every story watched  rekindles buried emotions . A simple “like” on his post can trigger a spiral of questions:  Why did he post that? For whom? Is he happy without me?
