How to get rid of bad breath?

Waking up with a bad smell in your mouth  isn’t normal,  but don’t worry, it can be fixed. I recommend you try all or most of the following home remedies:

Drink enough water:  Nothing beats a well-hydrated body for a sense of well-being, full of smells, tastes, colors, and joy! Water contributes so much to our system; we’re almost entirely water, so it never hurts.

No extreme diets:  No diets with no carbs at all… you know what I mean, right? Goodbye keto, leave ketosis for when your body can’t take it anymore, neither too much meat nor too little, neither too much fruit nor too little, but vegetables are always good… Too much of anything is bad and too little of something is bad either.

Mouthwash:  Don’t you use it? It wouldn’t hurt to start using it. Mouthwash eliminates plaque bacteria from your teeth. It’s essential and very good to use.

Brush your teeth 3 times a day:  Or more, depending on how much time you have.

Brushing your tongue:  A practice that almost no one does, almost all toothbrushes today have a tongue cleaner, it is  essential  to remove bacteria from the tongue (if it is white, that’s where many bad smells come from, my friend, the tongue should be  pink )

Use medium-hard brushes:  These are the most effective for oral hygiene and don’t cause any pain. Do your mouth a favor, do yourself a favor. You can also change your brush about once every six months; these wear down and lose effectiveness.

Lemon water regularly:  It’s not a bad idea to drink ice-cold lemon water once or twice a week, at least a glass (it regulates bacteria and tastes great).

That’s all there is to know about bad breath and how to combat it. If you have any questions, please  leave me a comment  and I’ll get back to you right away. Thank you and have a nice day!
