Meatloaf-Style Hamburger Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (80/20 for the best balance of flavor and juiciness)
1 egg
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional for extra flavor)
1 small onion, finely chopped (or 1 tbsp onion powder)
1 clove garlic, minced (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste
Burger buns (soft, your choice of style)
Cheese (optional, like cheddar or Swiss)
Toppings: Lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, etc.
Directions:
Preheat oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C), if you plan on baking your burgers after shaping them. Alternatively, you can cook them on a grill or stovetop.
