Instructions:
Step 1
Cut several garlic cloves into thin slices. Place in two glass jars.
Step 2
Add fresh basil leaves, salt, oregano, a splash of white wine vinegar, and olive oil.
Step 3
Cut some of the cherry tomatoes in half, leaving the rest whole.
Step 4
Place the tomatoes in the jars. Add more garlic, basil, salt, and oregano. Fill with olive oil.
Step 5
Place the jars in a pot of water, cover, and boil for 30 minutes to seal.
Step 6
Serve with bread. Enjoy!
