1. Prepare Eggs for Processing
Take 6 of the hard-boiled eggs and place them whole into a large food processor. For the remaining 6 eggs, cut them in half. Add only the yolks to the food processor with the other 6 whole eggs. Set the egg whites aside.

2. Blend the Dip Base
To the food processor, add:

  • Cream cheese

  • Mayonnaise

  • Yellow mustard

  • White vinegar

  • Paprika

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • A pinch of cayenne pepper

  • 1 teaspoon chopped chives

Process at high speed until fully blended and smooth.

3. Incorporate Egg Whites & Serve
Roughly chop the reserved egg whites and fold them into the blended egg mixture using a spoon or spatula. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.

Top with the remaining 1 teaspoon of chives and a sprinkle of paprika. Garnish with sliced pickles, if desired.

4. Serve
Serve chilled with crackers, pretzels, or your favorite veggie sticks.
