Peach Bundt Cake with Almond Flour and Fresh Peaches

Beat the eggs and sugar in a large bowl using an electric mixer until pale and fluffy. Add the sunflower oil and milk, then mix until well combined. Stir in the lemon zest, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.

Sift in the all-purpose flour, then add almond flour and baking powder. Mix gently until the batter is smooth and lump-free.

Carefully fold in the diced peaches. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 24 cm (9-inch) bundt pan and smooth the top.
