Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Melt 150g of chocolate with butter.

Beat eggs with salt and sugar for 4–6 minutes until smooth.

Add the melted chocolate to the egg mixture and mix until well combined.

Sift in cocoa powder and mix thoroughly.
Step 5
Stir in chopped chocolate. Chill the dough for 6–8 minutes.

Scoop dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Step 7
Bake for 8–9 minutes. Let cool before removing.
Step 8
Serve with coffee, tea, or milk.
