Instructions

Whisk the olive oil, lime juice, garlic, and salt in a small bowl.

Lay out the watermelon, cucumber, and onions on a platter.

Drizzle half the dressing over the top of the spread.

Scatter the feta, avocado, and mint over the watermelon layer.

Drizzle the rest of the dressing, add a sprinkling of salt, and serve.
Notes
You can make your watermelon feta salad up to two days in advance.
