Arrange puff pastry squares on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in a 360°F / 180°C oven for 20 minutes.

In a pot, whisk together milk, sugar, vanilla pudding, and cornstarch. Cook over the stove while whisking until thickened. Remove from heat.

Whisk white chocolate into the custard until completely melted and combined.

Add whipped cream to the custard and beat until thick and smooth.

To assemble, line a cake tray with plastic wrap and place a mold on top. Arrange half of the puff pastry squares in an even layer.

Spread the custard evenly over the first pastry layer.

Top with the remaining puff pastry squares. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
