How to Make Mint Ice Cream
Step 1
In a saucepan, combine milk, sugar, and mint syrup. Whisk until smooth. Bring just to a boil, then remove from heat and let cool to room temperature. Chill in the fridge until cold.
Step 2
Whip the fresh cream in a large bowl with an electric mixer until it holds its shape.
Step 3
Pour the chilled mint mixture into the whipped cream and gently fold to combine. Transfer to a glass container, smooth the top, seal, and freeze for at least 6 hours (preferably overnight).
Step 4
Once frozen, scoop into bowls, cones, or glasses — and enjoy!
