🍯 Honey Glazed Spiral Ham Recipe

Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F). Place the ham in a baking dish or roasting pan, cut side down.

Make the glaze:
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, vinegar or juice, butter, and spices. Stir until smooth and bubbly.

Brush and cover:
Pour or brush about half the glaze over the ham. Cover the ham loosely with foil.

Bake:
Bake for about 1.5 to 2 hours, basting with glaze every 30 minutes.

Final glaze:
In the last 15 minutes, remove the foil and brush with the remaining glaze. Bake uncovered until caramelized.

Rest and serve:
Let the ham rest for 10 minutes before serving. Slice along the natural spiral cuts and enjoy!
