Garlic Cheese Fingers

Preparation:
1. Preheat oven:

Preheat your oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Mix ingredients:

Add almond flour, shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, minced garlic, baking powder, and salt to a mixing bowl. Mix well until a dough-like consistency forms.

3. Add egg:

Beat the egg into the mixture and mix until a dough-like consistency forms. If the mixture is too sticky, add a little more almond flour.

4. Form the cheese fingers:

Shape the dough into fingers or sticks with your hands and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure to leave some space between the fingers.

5. Bake:

Bake in the preheated oven for about 12–15 minutes, until the cheese fingers are golden brown and cooked through.

6. Garnish and serve:

After baking, remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
