In a pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
Add the shrimp and soy sauce. Cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Cook the Steak:
In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed and stir-fry the marinated steak for about 2-3 minutes until it’s cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak and set it aside with the shrimp.
Stir-Fry the Vegetables:
Add the bell pepper, carrot, and onion to the pan. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes, until tender but still crisp. If you’re using spinach or bok choy, add it in the last minute to wilt it slightly.
Combine Everything:
Add the cooked noodles, shrimp, steak, and vegetables back to the pan. Toss everything together with a drizzle of sesame oil and a little more teriyaki sauce if desired. Stir until well combined and heated through.
Serve:
Plate the noodles, and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
