Ingredients:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup Hennessy (or your choice of cognac)
1 tablespoon honey (for a touch of sweetness)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon smoked paprika (or regular paprika)
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning (optional for extra kick)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Red pepper flakes (optional for extra heat)
Instructions:
Prepare the shrimp:

Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Cook the shrimp:

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp to the pan in a single layer and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
