Baked Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges
Ingredients:
4 medium russet potatoes (or any potatoes you prefer)
3 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
Prepare the potatoes:
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry. Cut them into wedges: slice each potato in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 3-4 wedges, depending on the size of the potato.
