Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup bourbon whiskey
For the Bourbon Caramel Sauce:

1 cup granulated sugar
6 tablespoons unsalted butter
½ cup heavy cream
3 tablespoons bourbon whiskey

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Crust:

Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Stir until the mixture is well combined.
Press the crumb mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
Bake for 10 minutes, then remove and let it cool while you prepare the filling.
2. Make the Cheesecake Filling:

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir in the vanilla extract, sour cream, and bourbon until smooth and well-combined.
Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cooled crust in the springform pan.
